When we first put our house on the market we opted for a different agency however over the period of the house being on the market Avalon kept in touch with snippets of how the market was looking and also possible houses that may be of interest for us.
Avalon was always cheerful and had our best interests at heart which was very surprising but greatly appreciated.
When we went on the market for the second time, it was really a “no brainer” that we selected Avalon to market our place.
